• To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. 

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of returned items. 

• Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
